Cesar (our cheese buyer) and Jan (our sommelier/wine buyer) have come up with another great pairing. This weekend we are featuring the Affidelice, a washed rind cheese from the Burgundy region of France, black cherry and licorice confit and a 2006 Furlan Traminer from Italy.
