This weekend we're going down under. The cheese is a Persian style feta from Yarra Valley in Victoria Australia. What makes this feta different? Well, it's hand-packed in olive oil infused with garlic, herbs and spices. This marinade makes it the creamiest feta you've ever tried. Smear it on bread, toss it into a salad, or do like some of our employees, open the can and grab a spoon.
The wine were featuring is Divine Light from Vinaceous Verdelho in Western Australia is a crisp addition to our spring and summer wine shelves.
